Performance Enhancements. This release includes optimizations that speed the performance of the application with very large amounts of data. In particular, the release optimizes the Preventive Maintenance scheduling and generation as well as speeds the loading of the Building Operations console and the Planning Board. Archiving Helpdesk Step Logs. The application now automatically archives the detailed step log for closed work thus speeding workflow on all active work. (3034237).
NOTE: the application will archive all records in the step log table that belong to closed service requests and work requests whenever an item is closed. After upgrading to 21.3, the first time that this archive occurs may take a long time because of all the records that require archiving.

Work Teams. Craftspersons can now choose to assign work requests to themselves, if the work request is dispatched to a work team of which the craftsperson is a member. (3027463)
Multiple Work Teams. Craftspersons and supervisors can now be assigned to multiple work teams. The Building Operations console will show the craftsperson or supervisor all work associated with all their teams. (3016857, 3044510)
Editing Estimates and Schedules. The application now includes an option to prevent craftspersons and supervisors from editing estimates and schedules after these steps are first complete. (3042843)
Parts In Stock and Not Reserved. During the estimation step, supervisors can use the new "In Stock, Not Reserved" status to note that sufficient parts are on hand. They can then refine the actual part reservations in a separate “Reserve New Part Inventory” view designed to easily make part estimates. (3042273)
Keep Pending Steps. You no longer need to complete all pending steps to work orders before upgrading to the Building Operations Console. (3043398)
Check for Duplicates. The Report Problem form will check an entered work request for duplicates and allow the end-user to continue or cancel the request. (3044328)
Auto-Close Completed Requests. The system may be set up to auto-close work requests on a periodic basis, and may close work requests that have been completed after a specified number of days. (3044074)
Bulk Updating Resources. The Building Operations Console allows bulk-updating of resources used on work requests. The bulk-update feature was changed to edit existing resource records if they exist, not add new records if they are not needed. (3041457)
Craftspersons View Other Craftsperson Schedules. In the Building Operations Console, craftspersons may view, read-only, the scheduling records of other craftspersons assigned the same work. (3044170)
Assign Procedures to Multiple Locations. In Preventive Maintenance, maintenance managers may multi-select locations in order to assign them to selected procedures. (3044056)
Other Resources and Other Costs. The Building Operations Console supports adding multiple Other Costs and Other Resources. (3041462, 3042495, 3042802)
